We are providing on-going planning support to Watermoor Point, a large business park based in Cirencester. Formerly the headquarters of The Colt Car Company and Mitsubishi Motors UK, the 7-acre site is now a vibrant flexible employment hub comprising business suites; meeting rooms; co-working spaces; event space; student accommodation; warehousing and business storage.

From providing an initial planning review of the site and subsequent planning strategy at the acquisition stage, through to our ongoing involvement with day to day planning guidance and securing permissions on site – most recently for advertising consent – it is great to be involved in the evolution of such an iconic site.

We have advised on a number of large-scale business parks and commercial enterprises across England over the years, including: the regeneration of an Industrial Estate in Maldon; the revitalisation of a large vacant commercial asset for an Essex based boat and sail manufacturer; and a 400,000sq ft distribution centre in Sussex.

As for our work with Watermoor Point – we like the site so much we have moved our office here from our base in Cheltenham. Work is nearly complete on refurbishing our office space and we look forward to being able to welcome clients here from August!
