Plainview Planning are running a public consultation on plans for the redevelopment of the Temple Inn pub in Temple Cloud.
The scheme has been designed by the Buchanan Partnership and represents a measured contemporary response to a sensitive site. The proposal will include:
- Renovated Temple Inn pub;
- 9 new family homes with private and semi-private amenity space;
- 10 letting hotel rooms – securing the viability of the pub, providing jobs, and supporting local tourism;
- Re-vitalising the centre of the village with a high quality, bespoke development.
It’s an exciting development and we hope the local community will agree.
