Plainview Planning are continuing to promote land in North Fambridge for 850 to 1,250 dwellings. We feel that the site represents an excellent and unique opportunity to meet the District’s housing requirements in a manner that would deliver a sustainable community.
It would provide:
- a new village centre;
- increased employment space;
- a new primary school; and
- direct train accessibility.
