Mid Devon call for sites | Plainview Planning

Mid Devon Council is currently undertaking a ‘call for sites’ consultation. They are inviting landowners, members of the public and prospective developers to put forward any sites they think have potential for housing over the next 15 years. These sites will then inform their Strategic Housing Market Assessment. The deadline for submissions is Friday 28th June 2013.
This consultation represents an excellent opportunity in which to promote your site for development. And with the right advice and assistance, this could be the first step towards securing a favourable planning decision that could significantly increase the value of your site.
