Delighted to welcome Sam to the team

The Plainview Team are thrilled to welcome Sam Eachus to the fold as our new Associate Planner.

Sam has over 7 years experience in rural planning and is well versed in farm diversification projects, including business hubs, glamping, wedding venues, farm shops and rural workers’ dwellings. Given his experience in this sector, he also has a nuanced understanding of navigating planning permissions for developments in the countryside and outside the settlement boundary, including residential, live/work, changes of use and preparing local plan representations.
