We have been working closely with our client, Glazzard Architects, and a wider project team to to prepare and submit a planning application for the development of a site in the heart of Worcester City. The proposal will provide 16 residential apartments in a conservation area, surrounded by listed buildings.

The development realises the true potential of brownfield land in the city centre, presenting a highly sustainable development of market and affordable housing. It has been carefully designed following close and positive engagement with the council’s planning team to ensure its design and layout responds to surrounding land uses including as the adjacent public house. The application submitted sets out our case that what is proposed responds well to its existing context and enhances the character and appearance of the site and surrounding area, whilst providing much needed homes to meet current demands within the city.
