Plainview Planning invite the residents and business owners of Wincanton to view and comment on a proposed residential development on land at Windmill Farm, Wincanton.
The current proposals incorporate up to 100 homes and a large area of public open space to the east of Wincanton. The proposals have been drawn up with detailed input from transport, ecology and landscape experts, and we now want to hear from local residents and businesses.
We think it is an excellent opportunity for the town which could secure long-term housing provision and ensure that Wincanton does not continue to sprawl to the west.
There will be a public exhibition at Wincanton Memorial Hall (BA9 9LD) from Tuesday 25th March 2014 from 11am to 8pm.
