Guildford Borough Council has announced that they will be undertaking public consultation on the issues and options for the borough’s new Local Plan that will run in October and November 2013. The local plan will ultimately set out the housing requirement for the borough over the next 15-years and the strategic locations in which this housing will be delivered.
This consultation will represent an early and important opportunity to promote land for development purposes. So if you own or know of a site that has development potential in Guildford Borough, now is the time to start promoting it.
