Planning permission for care home

Plainview Planning have successfully secured planning permission for a new care home in Bexley, London.
Working in conjunction with BHD Architects and Gateway TSP we managed to allay local fears over the massing of the scheme and highway access.
The scheme provides 66 beds which goes some way in easing the local demand for elderly care. There is still a clear quantifiable need for care home beds in the borough as highlighted in ‘A Strategy for Older People Living In Bexley’ – with a 46.8% increase of adults over 85 by 2025.
