A proposal to significantly extend a residential dwelling was refused by Epping Forest District Council and dismissed at appeal.
Plainview Planning was subsequently approached to provide a planning strategy on potential development options.
We chose to split the scheme:
- Taking advantage of Prior Approval rules for the rear extension;
- A separate planning application for loft and side extensions with additional justification.
Approval for both parts has now been granted by Epping Forest District Council.
