Plainview Planning has opened a new office in Chelmsford, Essex to provide expert planning consultancy support in the eastern counties of Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Suffolk, and Norfolk.
Plainview Planning already has a strong core client base in the eastern region and this expansion demonstrates our commitment to giving clients a first class service.
We are currently working on a range of strategic sites throughout the county as well as smaller development opportunities.
Recently we have submitted representations to the Maldon District Council to promote the sustainable expansion of North Fambridge to provide a new village centre, a community primary school, housing, a commercial business centre and a significant increase in public open space. This new development would promote sustainable transport movements through the utilisation of the existing train station.
In addition Plainview Planning has been instructed by Essex Police to provide planning advice in respect to the redevelopment of its surplus property.
