The application sought outline planning permission for a single dwelling with all matters reserved.
We managed to demonstrate, via a robust Planning Statement, that the proposal fully accorded with the adopted LDP policies and national planning policy.
We highlighted that just 6 of the 73 dwellings required locally had been completed in Pontrhydfendigaid. We therefore argued that there was sufficient capacity within the sustainable settlement limits of Pontrhydfendigaid to accommodate the proposed dwelling.
