Plainview Planning has been instructed to provide planning consultancy services in respect of a new hotel development within 5 minutes walking distance of London City Airport and DLR station.
The proposed scheme seeks to provide comfortable overnight hotel accommodation, with restaurant services, before or after a flight.
Working alongside the Buchanan Partnership and Mayer Brown, the new hotel represents a bold architectural statement and provides an efficient use of space in a tight urban context.
The planning application will be submitted to the London Borough of Newham later in November.
