London to Paris bike ride for Sands (Stillbirth & neonatal death charity)

Two members of the Plainview Planning team are training hard for a London to Paris bike ride, to raise money for the very worthwhile charity Sands.

Tragically 17 babies each day are stillborn or pass away within the first 28 days of life. Sands provides vital support to those who have been affected by the death of a baby before, during or shortly after birth.  They also promote research to try and reduce the number of babies’ lives lost each year in the UK.

The gruelling cycle ride is just over 250 miles in length and will be taking place in April 2015.

We hope you will join us in wishing them the very best of luck as they train for the big challenge in the coming months, and also take a moment to read up on the worthwhile work undertaken by the charity Sands.
