Lewes District Council is currently inviting landowners, members of the public and prospective developers to put forward any sites they think have potential for housing in the next 15 years. The deadline for submissions is Friday 7th June 2013.
If you own or know of a site that could be developed for housing, now is the time to start promoting it. All sites put forward as part of this consultation will be assessed by the Council with the view of identify appropriate sites to be allocated for housing. This could be the first step towards securing a favourable planning solution and could significantly increase the value of your site.
