Application for 100 homes in South Somerset...

Following successful public consultation, Plainview Planning has submitted an outline application for residential development in Wincanton.
The proposal includes up to 100 affordable and market dwellings, associated infrastructure and public open space. The application has been formally validated by South Somerset District Council.
Plainview Planning has provided a full range of planning consultancy services on the project including urban design input and running the public consultation.
