A one-off 15 per cent rise in planning application fees in England will take effect from next Thursday (22 November), the Department for Communities and Local Government (DCLG) has confirmed.
Fees for common application types will now be:
- Full planning application per new dwelling – £385
- Outline application for dwellings – £385 per 0.1 hectare
- Householder planning application – £172
- Material change of use – £385
