A planning application was refused for the conversion of a bungalow into a two storey dwelling. The applicant held further discussions with the Council, but it was clear that they were going to continue to resist this proposed scheme, even in a revised form.

We suggested a number of amendments and demonstrated to the Council that the proposed scheme is compatible with the design and character of the local area and that the amenity of the neighbouring dwellings would not be affected by the revised scheme. This revised scheme has now been approved.
