3) There is a lot of jargon in planning – we aim to strip this away and provide clear, concise advice in plain English;

4) Regular updates on project progress is very important. We aim to provide clear updates throughout the application or appeal process;

5) We believe in clear and transparent billing. We always aim to work on a fixed-fee basis, with no nasty surprises such as photocopying and mileage;

6) Every project we work on is unique, and needs a unique approach. We draw upon our multi-talented staff to provide robust and inventive solutions;

7) Our staff come from a variety of backgrounds – planning, urban design, public relations, construction, surveying. This allows us to provide a range of expertise on every project;

8) Monitoring of applications is very important – we are good at building a rapport with case officers, and skilled at negotiating on sensitive cases;

9) We provide honest up-front advice about your project. If you do not have a good chance of success we will tell you.  We think our honest approach to projects is why our three year success rate is 89%.
